Reduce inflammation
Everything I have published so far, in my view, is a concentration of practices to begin addressing inflammatory states independently.
Example: Do you have neck pain or back pain? What to do?
For three days, try eating only: fish, eggs, vegetables, and the type of meat suitable for your blood group.
At the same time, practice the breathing technique shown in my latest video: three breathing acts, repeated several times throughout the day (whether standing or sitting). Aim to exceed at least 30 seconds in exhalation; it becomes even more effective if accompanied by the tongue traction exercise shown in the dedicated video.
Additionally, at night you may choose to apply a compress with savoy cabbage or white cabbage leaves, or a clay poultice in cases where the inflammation is more stubborn.
These are the basic rules for acting on all types of inflammation, since they are not just a temporary remedy—like drinking hot water occasionally when you need to release excess gas from the stomach.
These are tools of awareness, helping you understand where and why the inflammatory state originates.
