Gabriele Indice was born in Rome on January 10, 1983. At the age of 13, he discovered sprinting, a passion that would shape many of his future choices. After competing in the Italian Youth Athletics Championships, at 19 he enrolled in a degree program in Exercise Science. During his internship, he began working at a sports center, where a few years later he met Dr. Di Sabato, establishing a relationship of friendship and trust.

Dr. Di Sabato offered him a significant opportunity: as the medical director of the Headache Center at Policlinico Umberto I Hospital, he invited Gabriele to join his team, where he would work for the next 11 years. Just days before starting his new hospital position, Gabriele earned his degree in Physiotherapy, during which he met Professor Morico, his mentor, with whom he developed a strong bond of respect and professionalism.

Gabriele’s passion for athletics remained constant over the years, accompanied by personal challenges that led him on a journey of discovering the relationship between inflammation and health. This journey required him to listen to himself and work on self-development every day, ultimately guiding him toward true self-knowledge and awareness.
