Bell’s palsy
Bell’s palsy is a form of facial paralysis resulting from dysfunction of the seventh cranial nerve, causing an inability to control the muscles on the affected side of the face.
Excluding secondary causes, the primary causes (according to some sources) are unknown and often attributed to “stress,” frequently classified as idiopathic—a term that reflects the Socratic “I know that I do not know.”
I am not here to write from a position of superiority, claiming to have understood everything, nor to pass judgment on a population already divided, since everyone makes their own choices.
As I write in my book: disease is determined by a low level of self-awareness and is necessary to understand the true divinity of human nature.
Try not to judge in the comments, because the new world doesn’t need it. Instead, use this message to improve yourself. Attacking others only shows that you haven’t understood that we all share this holographic stage.
That said, if a patient came to me with this problem, what would I advise?
First, regarding diet during the inflammatory period:
-
For blood types A and AB: only oily fish and green vegetables.
-
For blood types 0 and B: meat, fish, and green vegetables suitable for their genetic imprint 🧬.
An enema (see post) should become your best friend, because during an active inflammatory state, toxins stagnate in the intestines, preventing the immune system from properly repairing the damage.
At least 2 liters of water should enter the colon daily (even more if one has a dolichocolon), particularly if the right side of the face is affected, often linked to a problem with the ileocecal valve (see post).
Generally, I rarely promote physiotherapy, because I believe that for minor inflammations, everyone should learn to manage on their own. However, in more serious cases, manual therapies such as visceral, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, tongue/posture/breathing work can be decisive in reducing recovery time.
We are here to understand, and this can only happen if we don’t use “the other” as a pretext for our failures.
The happy world is already here; manifesting it is a quality of our being. Every day, we have the opportunity to either wake up to ourselves or close our eyes, lower our heads, and continue to postpone.
