I highly recommend the book Physiotherapy for Consciousness. A text that guides us toward awareness, helping us realize how we are the architects of our own “destiny” by making daily choices for our physical and spiritual health.
The aspect that I found particularly striking is how much nutrition can influence the mind-body balance. We are used to separating the two, when in fact they are closely interconnected. A body full of toxins will be the consequence of an agitated mind and confused thoughts, preventing us from deeply listening to our body. You will strongly feel this state of discomfort, an important symptom of inflammation. On unhealthy ground, nothing good can grow.
I speak from personal experience. I suffer from ligamentous laxity. I have been able to observe how, by eliminating foods that caused inflammation, my body has transformed and continues to transform. All metabolic processes regain their balance, allowing the body to find its state of health.
It is not always an easy path. It requires consistency and discipline, but the results will not take long to appear. The book is also full of practical advice on managing inflammation, not only through nutrition (which, I repeat, is a fundamental aspect for me). By purifying your body, the quality of your thoughts will also change, and you will gain the “peace” of the here and now, allowing you to fully live in the present moment.
I sincerely thank Dr. Indice for this book—a precious guide toward regained consciousness!

In this book, Dr. Indice presents all the methods to finally achieve true health. First, he shares his personal experiences and illnesses, and how he managed to overcome them by applying some fundamental “rules” for health. This allows us to trust him with empathy, because if you’ve been struggling with discomfort for years, you also want to overcome it.
But there are no miracles; healing comes only by applying the method and committing to it… the recovery starts within us. From awareness and consciousness, to diet, the tongue, exercise, breathing, and natural therapies… everything is clear and easy to follow.
I have been applying his methods for a week, and I must say I have gained an awareness of my body that I didn’t think I had. I am grateful to have finally met him on my long journey in search of healing.

Hello, my name is Lorella and I began this journey in June 2015 when I was diagnosed with left cervicobrachialgia. I was fortunate to meet an excellent physiotherapist, Dr. Gabriele Indice, who explained and taught me that much of the pain I was experiencing could be caused by poor nutrition and unhealthy lifestyle habits, such as a lack of physical activity. The physiotherapy treatment was carried out through breathing exercises, muscle stretching, and the blood type diet, which allowed me to fully recover.
Unfortunately, in 2021 I had a relapse, this time on the opposite side, precisely because during the years of forced lockdowns I had gone back to bad habits, experiencing firsthand the reversibility of this lifestyle-dependent condition.
